Mark Twain
Mark Twain (born Samuel Langhorne Clemens, November 30, 1835 – April 21, 1910), was an American author and humorist. Twain is noted for his novels Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1884) and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876). He was a friend to presidents, artists, industrialists, and European royalty, and has become one of the most quoted authors of all time.
“Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt. Dance like nobody is watching. Live like it is Heaven on Earth” has a number of possible origins. It is most commonly attributed to Mark Twain, however provenance is unknown.
"Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live every day as if it were your last" is also claimed as an Irish Proverb which if true would make it the original variation.
