Karl Jensen was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Utah and grew up in an artistic community that has produced some of the most talented and prolific sculptors in the country. Sculpting professionally since the age of twenty-four, he is self-taught and continues to pursue his personal artistic goals as an ever changing, lifelong endeavor.

Karl's work embodies the articulation of the human spirit, from serene moments of daily life to those of playful joy. He strives to capture the essence of an expression of a gesture, drawing the viewer in with an aura of a moment frozen in time.
