» Why is the quote text so small on some of the print designs?What you see displayed on this website is a tiny version of the real thing. In most cases the actual prints are roughly the size of a 30 inch or a 40 inch TV screen for medium and large sized prints respectively. When the image is blown up to full size even the smallest text is easily readable if standing a couple of meters back. To read the quotes on designs with the smallest text on this website you can use the zoom feature found in the virtual room page for that poster (accessible via the 'Browse the Store' section of this site) or else read it in the Quote/Info light box on the same page. Alternatively, enjoy the main Gallery slideshow which presents a drop down header as each print design is displayed with the quote text in it.
» Can I buy inspirationz products locally in stores?Currently you can only purchase via this website, with a 100% satisfaction 60 day money back guarantee. If you are only interested in purchasing our products through a local store, please express your interest to us via the Contact Us page. We hope to offer a walk-in purchasing solution near you soon!
» How accurate is your quote attributing?We try to be as accurate as possible with our crediting and attributing of quotes. The Quote/Info light box found in the 'Virtual Room' for each poster provides an explanation of each quote's provenance and/or attributing rationale. Typically we will only name an author if provenance or a reliable citation has been confirmed. There are exceptions, the most common being in cases where a popular attribution has become integrally associated with a person and there is no proof of the association being a mis-attribution, whereby we will attribute by virtue of giving the benefit of the doubt while disclosing the apocryphal nature of the attribution. We generally attribute as 'Anonymous' in all other cases.

» How can I tell if an item is in stock?All print designs displayed in the Browse the Store section of this website are available for immediate shipment unless noted otherwise.
» Do the images on your site accurately represent what I will receive?Artists and museums have received samples of the prints and have confirmed that they are representational of the artwork depicted. While there is always going to be slight color and tone differences between what you view on a computer screen and the actual printed product, you can be sure that we strive for an extremely high degree of image accuracy. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within sixty (60) days for a refund.

» Do you supply what is needed to frame and hang my print?No. Or at least not yet. You will need to engage a local framing store in order to frame your inspirationz print(s). The benefit is that you retain full control over what framing or backing solution you want to display the artwork in or on. If you are not sure how to go about framing the art, or you find that the cost is prohibitive, we suggest contacting a local foam board mounting company. Foam board mounts are inexpensive and have a classy and professional look (they are also extremely lightweight so you shouldn't need to hammer nails into your walls either). If you cannot find a local foam board mounting company, contact us and we will endeavor to help you.
» What payment options are accepted by inspirationz.com?We accept all major credit cards from most countries (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners). For large orders (>US$500) we may accept checks and money orders by arrangement (contact us in this case).
» Is ordering online safe?With inspirationz.com, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card to buy dinner in a local restaurant. We use a reputable third party payment processing company, Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), who use the latest security technology, including data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. » What is the delivery timeframe after placing my order online?This depends on where your shipping address is located and whether you select standard shipping/priority airmail or TNT International Express Courier with track and trace. Please read our Shipping Terms (see Terms page) for detailed information or send us an email to ask about your specific location, but generally, for priority airmail delivery you should allow 10-14 business days to receive your order from time of placement (business days do not include weekends or public holidays). If you are located in 'Zone 3' countries there may be local postal and/or customs delays in which case it may take longer, sometimes much longer (see our Shipping Terms for a list of Zone 1, 2 and 3 countries). In many cases your order will arrive sooner. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and that fulfillment is under way. TNT International Courier Express is almost always delivered within 4-6 business days worldwide, but some countries may experience a delay due to slow customs processing. Orders within New Zealand are typically delivered within 2-3 business days via CourierPost.
» How will my order be packed and shipped?All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit inside a reinforced postal tube, or for larger orders inside flat back cardboard packaging. Tissue paper is used to protect the face of the inside prints as well as their ends, and in the case of tubes, two paper bands are added to ensure easy removal. Please note: where rolled and shipped in a postal tube, once the print arrives it should be laid (picture face up) on a clean dry flat surface for up to 24 hours to flatten and remove the memory that will be stored in the paper.
» Is my package insured?When sent via priority airmail your parcel is not insured. Nevertheless, in the remote event that your package is not delivered please contact us via email at support@inspirationz.com and we will arrange to send you a replacement if the item cannot be traced and delivered promptly. We reserve the right to deny liability for recidivist or spurious claims, and only replace up to 3 prints for lost airmail shipments and only for deliveries made to Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries (for a list of countries by Zone, visit our Shipping Terms page). Shipments send via TNT International Express Courier are insured up to US$500 in value. » What are your shipping rates?A one time shipping and handling charge of US$9.95 is applied to your order regardless of the delivery location. However, if your product purchase exceeds US$100 in value then shipping and handling via Priority Airmail is supplied free of charge. If you upgrade to TNT International Express Courier, an additional charge will apply depending on your country. To see a list of shipping and handling charges by country, please read our Shipping Terms.
» Can I receive my order any faster?If you do not want to wait for Priority Airmail delivery, then at checkout there is an option whereby you can upgrade shipping to TNT International Priority Courier. With this option delivery time is typically reduced to 4-6 business days from date of order, worldwide (this time estimate does not allow for local customs processing delays which may happen in some countries). The cost to upgrade to International Priority Courier is an additional US$$39.95-$59.95 per order depending on your country, regardless of the size of your order.
» How do I know that my item has been shipped?All items are shipped within one business day of your order being placed. We do not make items available for purchase on our website unless they are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, with the following caveat: if you plan to order one hundred or more of any one poster design (i.e. it is for commercial use), please contact us first so that we can confirm availability.
» How do I process a return if I am not satisfied?inspirationz.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Prior to returning any item(s) to inspirationz.com, you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department. To request this please send an e-mail to returns@inspirationz.com with the following details:
Once you have received your Return Authorization Number and instructions you may ship the item back to us. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund or the dispatch of your replacement. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Any refund is only for the product price paid, and will not include the shipping & handling charge. If your item has been delivered damaged, then we will accept a Photo Return, whereby you simply provide the above information and email us a photo of the damaged item together with the packaging. Replacements sent for damaged items will not incur a shipping & handling fee. Replacements sent for any other reason will incur a shipping & handling fee. » How do I become a reseller or distributor of inspirationz products?We consider expressions of interest from suitable parties interested in becoming an inspirationz reseller or distributor. To express your interest please submit your full contact details via the Contact Us page or email business@inspirationz.com. Please make sure to also include a website link to your existing business as well as a brief summary of why you believe your business is suited to stock, distribute and/or sell our products. We will endeavor to respond to your enquiry promptly.
