Inspirationz may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of New Zealand, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by inspirationz.com, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website. 

RETURN RIGHTS
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded).

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take a high resolution digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container in which it arrived, attach them to an email and send to returns@inspirationz.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive an email letting you know whether your replacement is ready to ship or your refund is being processed. Note: if you do not receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days it means we did not receive your email. With Photo Returns, after the return has been accepted by us, we may require you to destroy the item(s) in which case you will be required to send a second photo confirming that the product has been destroyed – this will only happen after your return request has been accepted, so you must not destroy the item prior to receiving our confirmation. Any damage of an item caused by you prior to a return request being lodged with and accepted by us will void our return guarantee and your right to a replacement or refund.

To return your item(s) for any other reason notify us by email at returns@inspirationz.com of your intent to return, then pack them in the original tube or box and include a completed Return Instructions form which we will email to you on receiving notification of your intent to return. Be sure to specify on the Returns Instructions form the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

PRICING
Notwithstanding the product prices listed on this website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order with us. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time for whatever reason and without notice prior to your order placement. We do not charge your credit card until after your order has been placed and confirmed.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit. 

DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival, or any lack of availability or conformity of the product. 

APPLICABLE LAW
The offers by inspirationz.com, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of New Zealand . The country of New Zealand will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are packaged and posted on the next business day following receipt of your order.  If there is a shipping delay for any reason whatsoever, you will be notified by email.

Note: All goods are sent through International Priority Air Mail unless you select and pay for TNT International Express Courier on Checkout. Whilst International Priority Airmail is a very reliable method of shipping, there is no form of International tracking with it. If you want this option, you will need to select TNT International Express Courier.  Parcels shipped via International Priority Airmail to Australia take around 4-6 days, and to the United Kingdom and the USA  take around 8-12 days.  Airmail shipments can take 10-14 days to arrive in Europe . Canadian Customs can delay delivery by up to a week so please allow 3 weeks for delivery to Canada .  Deliveries to South Africa and Israel also usually take about 2 to 3 weeks. Deliveries to Philippines can take up to 6 weeks. Deliveries to India can vary greatly from 2 weeks to 2 months.  Some South American countries can also take 2 months. These estimated times and those for other countries can vary dramatically depending on your local mail service and Customs processes.

Please remember, the above times are estimates only and at times goods may arrive sooner than even we expect.

Postal and Handling Charges
There is a one time postal and handling fee per order of US$9.95 for all orders with product values of less than US$100. All orders with product values above US$100 receive free shipping and handling if sent via International Priority Airmail. While there is no insurance cover given on parcels sent via International Priority Airmail, inspirationz.com guarantees delivery up to the first 3 prints in any one parcel when delivered to a Zone 1 or 2 country. If you are ordering more than 3 prints, or are not located in a Zone 1 or 2 country and want certainty of delivery, you need to upgrade to TNT International Courier Express Delivery for a track and trace option with insurance cover (note: a list of Zoned countries is found at the bottom of this page). 

Again, unless you select TNT International Express Courier on Checkout, all goods are sent via International Priority Air Mail.  These are not given a Tracking Number so we are unable to provide tracking numbers for any package sent by this method.

Tracking Numbers
If you wish to have your order shipped by International Express Courier, we use the TNT International Courier Express. TNT International Courier Express is available for selection during Checkout.   

TNT International Courier Express Delivery: a US$39.95 shipping and handling charge applies for Zone 1 countries and US$49.95 for Zone 2 countries and $59.95 for Zone 3 countries.   All packages sent via TNT International Courier Express are insured up to a maximum value of US$500. If your order value exceeds US$500 you will need to arrange your own additional cover for the value of the order in excess of US$500, or break your order down to single orders of values of less than US$500 in value to be fully insured.
 
Goods sent by TNT International Courier Express should arrive to most countries within 4 to 6 business days (NZ time) from date of receipt of your order. Deliveries to some countries may incur delays due to customs holding the parcel for inspection or more information about the contents.  TNT packages are web-trackable so if the package takes longer than expected to arrive, please let us know and we will check its progress on the internet and advise you of the cause for the delay. NOTE: Inspirationz.com does not use FedEx, DHL or UPS Courier services even if you provide us with your Courier Account Number.

International Customs Duty and Taxes
Inspirationz.com is a New Zealand based company, and as such, we can't charge European VAT, any US state taxes, or any country tax for that matter, on any packages we ship as there is no world wide mechanism for making these charges.
 
Import Custom Duty/Taxes, if payable, are your responsibility. If you have selected TNT International Courier Express Delivery and local taxes or duties apply to your order, you will most likely be contacted by TNT directly to make payment for these prior to delivery. Please perform your own investigation prior to purchasing our products to find out whether any taxes or duties will be payable payable on arrival in your country.  

Please note that typically, taxes and duties are more often / more strictly applied to courier shipments than to airmail shipments. So in many countries, for single items, airmail shipping is a simple way to reduce or eliminate import taxes.

PosteHaste Terms and Conditions:
PostHaste deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions set out by the PosteHaste website (visit www.postehaste.co.nz for details).

 Estimated Delivery Times:
Orders for delivery within New Zealand are generally packaged and posted the morning of the next business day following receipt of the order. All goods are sent via Poster Haste and dispatched from our fulfillment centre Stocklink in Mount Wellington, Auckland. If there is a delay for any reason whatsoever, you will be notified by email.

Courier and Handling Charges:
There is a one time courier and handling fee per order of US$9.95 for purchases with a product value of under US$100. All orders with a product value above US$100 receives free handling and delivery. The Poster Haste service is a 1-3 business day guaranteed service.
